Return & Refund Policy

At KaiBee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Read our policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to sellers/merchants on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated, or the product is out for delivery.
  • If the product is already out for delivery, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  • HASTKUNBH-VASTRAM LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., unless the product's quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.

Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    • Include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt. The seller/merchant listed on the Platform will evaluate and confirm the issue before processing the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If any refunds are approved by HASTKUNBH-VASTRAM LLP, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed after the quality check is complete.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for an exchange:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • Include the original packaging.
  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products, intimate wear, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds, and this will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Important Notes

  • For complaints regarding warranty-based products, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • For accepted return/exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.
  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to quality checks as per our policies.
