Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every KaiBee product you receive — from your first wash of a cotton bath towel to the feel of fresh bedsheets. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy for you.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at shop@kaibee.in or calling +91 9409338338.
  • Once an order has been dispatched (you receive a tracking number), it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery at the doorstep, after which we will process a refund once the product is returned to us.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be unused and unwashed, in the same condition as received.
    • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
  • Returns are accepted for the following reasons: defective or damaged product, wrong item delivered, or significant size/colour mismatch from what was ordered.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on non-defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at shop@kaibee.in with your order ID and clear photographs of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.
  • The replacement item must be of the same or equivalent value.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Subject to stock availability; if the exact item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when raising the return request.
  • Original shipping charges (₹99, if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email shop@kaibee.in with your order ID and reason for return (attach photos for damaged/defective items).
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging before handover to the courier.
  4. Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
