Shipping Policy
Last updated: June 2025At KaiBee, we take care to pack and ship every order — whether it's a set of bath towels, bedsheets, a shawl, or a cushion — with the same attention we put into crafting our products. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your doorstep.
Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Once processed, orders are dispatched within the same or the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email once your order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days.
- Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days, depending on courier serviceability.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹799.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹4,000.
- For orders above ₹4,000, only prepaid (online) payment is accepted.
- COD availability is subject to your delivery pincode being serviceable by our courier partners.
Shipping Method & Partners
- All orders are shipped through reputed registered domestic courier companies.
- The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.
- Delivery is subject to the operating norms and coverage of the assigned courier partner.
Order Tracking
- A tracking link or AWB number is shared via SMS and/or email once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order from the My Orders section on our website after logging in.
Delays & Exceptions
- KaiBee (HASTKUNBH-VASTRAM LLP) is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, natural calamities, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of an unusual delay beyond the estimated window, please contact us at shop@kaibee.in and we will investigate promptly.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete.
